All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Due to the nature of our products (books in print), we cannot offer refunds once the order has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective book, please contact us within 3 of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
- Product unpacking video in front of the delivery partner is mandatory as proof in case the product is found damaged.

We will verify the issue and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- For Replacement you need to pay the delivery charges.
Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address and order details entered are accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
