No Returns or Exchanges

• All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

• Due to the nature of our products (books in print), we cannot offer refunds once the order has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

• In the rare event that you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective book, please contact us within 3 of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

• Product unpacking video in front of the delivery partner is mandatory as proof in case the product is found damaged.

• We will verify the issue and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

• For Replacement you need to pay the delivery charges.

Customer Responsibility

• Please ensure that the shipping address and order details entered are accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
